ESR (EMOTIONAL STRESS RELEASE) is used for dealing with stress.
You can use this technique anywhere and for all sorts of stressful occasions, like exam prep, sporting events, job interviews, resolving conflict etc.
It aids in rebalancing our emotions and releases any pent up anger.
