What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology is non-invasive and looks at issues in a person relating to mind, body, spirit and their emotional wellbeing.
It is the study of muscle movement and how they co-ordinate the body. By using muscle monitoring or bio feedback a practitioner can identify energy imbalances in the body that may be causing health issues. These imbalances can be structural, chemical or emotional.Muscle testing detects various forms of stress from the Central Nervous System. The muscle responds by either staying strong or weakening. The test relates to energy flow, rather than to the strength of the muscle.
