About
Hayley grew up in a local family full of netball, basketball and football players. Watching her father give pre game rub downs ultimately inspired her late career change. She completed her Diploma in Remedial Massage in 2016 and began operating her own business in Beechworth and Myrtleford. Hayley joined the Alpine Allied Health Hub (Flexout Physio) in Myrtleford in 2018 to 2020. It was during this time she further developed her skills and knowledge by working collaboratively with Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Nutritionists, Podiatrists and Psychologists, which offered a more holistic approach to treating individual client needs. Hayley enjoys helping people reach their peak performance, and assisting in recovery.
After a five year hiatus working on a dairy farm and setting up a tree business with her husband, Hayley decided it was time to once again follow her passion in this field and is very happy to join the team at Border Natural Therapies. In the near future, she will be adding Kinetic Stretch System techniques to her skill set, in addition to her other qualifications in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Cupping, Sports and therapeutic relaxation massage.
