About
Cindy has been a soft tissue therapist since 2006 and after 10 years’ experience completed her Diploma in Remedial Massage in 2016. Her enthusiasm for furthering her education led to her qualification in Myotherapy in 2018.
Cindy is passionate about assisting people achieve their full potential in health and wellbeing, alleviating pain and dysfunction within the body. She is also a Sports Trainer and provides massage and strapping at the Dederang-Mt Beauty Football/Netball Club.
Her techniques include deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilisation, cupping, rock tape, rigid taping, corrective exercises and dry needling as part of her myotherapy treatments.
With her friendly and caring personality, she is always striving to meet the goals of her clients.
